We have a very rare Sunday court session today in the 33rd Circuit Court at 1:00 pm as the Court has determined that the matter is pressing and necessary. It is anticipated that James Franklin Cook will be entering guilty pleas. The court has scheduled the matter for today so that if a plea is entered, the jurors may be called off for tomorrow. The session is open to the public.
